Assembly: Takes 2-4 working days to put together your watch.
Customized products: add 5 working days for printing, 10 working days for metal logo.
Quality Testing: After assembly, we spend another 1-3 days on testing and quality checks to ensure optimal performance.
Shipping: Your watch is then shipped, which typically requires 4-8 working days.
Overall, the entire process from start to finish spans 7-15 working days (Monday-Friday), ensuring each watch meets our high standards before it reaches you.

A Seiko Mod is a special watch hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality aftermarket parts, usually made of 316L stainless steel.
The purpose of Seiko mods is to bring the designs of luxury watches to a wider audience without resorting to counterfeit products, and by always using the best materials, such as sapphire crystal or ceramic bezels.

How can I adjust the strap size?

We include (for free) a complimentary tool kit to help you adjust the strap properly.
If you don't know how to adjust, you can measure your wrist size and we will install according to the size you provide.Alternatively, we can send you instructional videos.

Is it possible to remove the SOVELOR logo?

Absolutely. We provide the flexibility to customize your watch according to your preferences, including the option to remove the SOVELOR mark.
