Scope of Warranty

Product Coverage

This warranty covers the watch movements and watch functions of products manufactured by WATCH-MODS and purchased from WATCH-MODS or authorized retailers.

What the Warranty Includes

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Parts and labor required to resolve such defects.

Malfunctions of the movement that occur without the movement being exposed or tampered with.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 2 years from the date of the first purchase by the original consumer.

Warranty Coverage Details

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use within the warranty period. During the warranty period, under normal use and maintenance, we will repair or replace (free of charge) products or product parts that develop defects due to improper materials or workmanship to restore their functionality.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any issues caused by damage resulting from conditions, failures, or non-defects in materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. (A check will be conducted to verify proper use of the watch.)

Specifically, this warranty excludes:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, alterations, or negligence.
  • Damage resulting from the customers active modification or opening of the watch case.
  • Damage caused by failure to comply with the instructions in the product manual or accompanying materials.
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and discoloration.
  • Water ingress or submersion of the watch. (Excluding orders with upgraded water resistance options.)

How to Claim Warranty Services

1.Contact Us: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us via email at customwatchclub8@gmail.com to identify the issue and determine the most suitable solution for you.

2.Proof of Purchase: You are required to provide proof of the original purchase date along with payment documentation.

3.Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective product to WATCH-MODS. If the warranty claim is valid, WATCH-MODS will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replaced product back to the customer.

4.Service Process: Upon receiving the product, WATCH-MODS will inspect it and contact you within a reasonable timeframe to inform you of the status of your warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

WATCH-MODS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product or a breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Changes to the Warranty Policy

WATCH-MODS reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website and take effect immediately.
