Refund Policy
At WATCH-MODS, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your item, please review our return policy outlined below.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items (After Receipt)
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and provide either an exchange or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
2. Returns for Reasons Other Than Manufacturing Defects
At WATCH-MODS, all orders are eligible for a full refund except in the following cases:
- Watches created through our configurator.
- Customized watches with combinations requested outside of our website.
- Watches with custom logos.
If your order does not fall into these categories and is not related to quality issues, it is eligible for return and a full refund.Accessories may also be returned for a refund.
The watch must remain in its original packaging, with all protective films and plastics still attached, and be in brand-new condition with no signs of wear or use.Once the protective film is removed, the watch cannot be returned or refunded, as it can no longer be resold as new. In such cases, we will only replace or refund items that were originally defective or damaged upon receipt.You will be responsible for any return shipping costs (if the return is not due to a quality issue).
Orders are processed immediately, so cancellations are not accepted once manufacturing begins. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that custom orders cannot be canceled once part procurement or manufacturing starts.
You will responsible for bearing the return shipping costs if the return is due to your mistake,not fitting, or change of mind.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customwatchclub8@gmail.com. Please provide your order number for the return, as well as any supporting evidence (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Conditions
The watch must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
Any accessories or additional items included in the original packaging must also be returned.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for the return to ensure safe delivery.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at customwatchclub8@gmail.com.
30-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 30 days for any reason without providing an explanation. As stated above, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it—unused and unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
